DMCA COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT POLICY

COUNTER-NOTIFICATION PROCEDURE

If we remove content you posted in response to a valid DMCA notice and you believe the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following information:

  1. Your full name, address, telephone number, and physical or electronic signature.

  2. Identification of the removed material and the location at which the material appeared before removal.

  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if you are located outside the United States, consent to the jurisdiction of an appropriate judicial body.
