Return & Refund Policy

Besfrend Do-It-Right Guarantee

Our Do-It-Right Guarantee ensures a smooth and worry-free shopping experience.

If your order contains items that differ significantly from your approved design or are produced on the wrong products, Besfrend will either remake the incorrect items or provide a full or partial refund, based on your preference.

If we are unable to resolve the issue after attempting a correction, a refund will be issued for the affected items.

Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive your returned items.
All refund and return cases will be fully resolved within 16 days from the date you receive your order.

Returns

If you choose to return your order, a $20 return shipping fee will apply.

For orders shipped via DHL, we will fully refund your original shipping cost if the return or exchange is approved.

Cancellations

Because our products are custom-made for each customer, a $10 customization fee per item is included.

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us your order number and reason for cancellation.
We can cancel your order only if production has not started.

Production begins immediately after the order is placed.
If you request cancellation after production has started, a $10 restocking fee per item will apply.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued for the original amount paid, excluding shipping fees and any discounts applied to personalized items, except in cases of incorrect shipments.

Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Depending on your bank, it may take one additional billing cycle for the funds to display on your statement.
