How Much Is Shipping?

At Besfrend, we aim to provide affordable and flexible shipping options for all customers.

  • Standard Secure Shipping: $4.95 for all orders

  • Shipping Insurance (Optional): $1.95

We also offer Expedited Shipping via DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other premium carriers for faster delivery.

Please Note:
Purchasing expedited shipping does not reduce production time. It only shortens the shipping transit time.


How Long Does It Take to Receive My Order?

Production and delivery times vary depending on product type and destination:

  • Standard Shipping:
    Estimated delivery time is 10–20 business days, including production and processing.

  • Expedited Shipping:
    Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days, including production and processing.

Please note that during peak seasons and holidays, production and delivery times may be extended.


How Will I Know When My Order Has Shipped?

Once your order has completed production and is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Due to the customized nature of our products, orders may take 2–3 business days to process before shipment.
After receiving your tracking email, please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Delivery dates may be affected by weather conditions, customs clearance, or public holidays.


Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, Besfrend proudly ships worldwide.

We work with trusted international carriers including UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, and USPS to ensure reliable delivery.

Production times remain the same for international orders. Shipping costs vary depending on destination.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
